A supportive approach to pollen, food, drug, pet dander, detergent and house dust mite allergies with bioresonance and ozone therapy.

Bioresonance Ozone Therapy Acupuncture Subconscious Scan and Energy Therapy

A holistic view of allergies

Many allergens such as pollen, food, medication, pet dander, detergents and house dust mites can cause the immune system to overreact. At our clinic we look at allergies not only through the symptoms but through the whole person. We assess possible triggers with a bioresonance scan and support the immune system with complementary methods such as ozone therapy.

All traditional and complementary medicine methods used at our clinic are approved by the Turkish Ministry of Health. Complementary methods do not replace existing medical treatment; they support it.

What is an allergy?

An allergy is an exaggerated reaction of the immune system to a substance that is normally harmless (an allergen). Pollen, house dust mites, pet dander, mould, certain foods and medicines are among the most common allergens.

Allergic conditions may be seasonal or last all year round, and they can noticeably affect quality of life, sleep and work performance.

Common complaints

  • Sneezing, runny or blocked nose
  • Itchy, watery and red eyes
  • Itching, redness and hives on the skin
  • Coughing and wheezing
  • Abdominal pain or bloating after certain foods
  • Increased fatigue during seasonal changes

Possible causes

  • Pollen (trees, grasses, weeds)
  • House dust mites and mould
  • Dander from pets such as cats and dogs
  • Foods such as milk, eggs and gluten
  • Detergents and cosmetic products
  • Hypersensitivity to cold and sunlight

Our approach

The first step is to identify what is causing the symptoms. A detailed history is taken, relevant blood tests are reviewed and possible triggers are investigated with a bioresonance scan.

A personalised protocol combines advice on avoiding triggers, ozone therapy to support the immune system and lifestyle adjustments. It is important not to stop your allergy medication without consulting your doctor.

Everyday advice

1Keep windows closed in the morning during pollen season.
2Wash bedding once a week at 60 °C.
3Keep indoor humidity balanced and prevent mould.
4Keep a food diary to note foods you suspect.

See a doctor right away

If any of the following apply, see a doctor or go to an emergency department without delay:

  • Swelling of the lips, tongue or throat
  • Shortness of breath or wheezing
  • Dizziness or feeling faint
  • Widespread hives together with vomiting
