What is Mesotherapy?
Mesotherapy is an injection technique developed in the 1950s by the French physician Dr. Michel Pistor. Vitamins, minerals, amino acids, hyaluronic acid or plant-based/pharmacological active ingredients are delivered in small doses into the middle layer of the skin (the mesoderm) with very fine needles.
The aim is to deliver the active ingredient directly to the area where it is needed, achieving a local effect with lower doses. Mesotherapy is also covered by the Turkish Ministry of Health’s Regulation on Traditional and Complementary Medicine Practices.
How does it work?
In hair mesotherapy the aim is to nourish the hair follicles and support local circulation; in skin mesotherapy, to support hydration and collagen production; and in local contouring, to help reduce fat and fluid accumulation.
The content of the formula is determined by the doctor according to the purpose of the treatment and your needs.
